Introduction
Localities from Goldberg & Bursey (2021) are difficult to interpret. Localities where infected host specimens were collected are not mentioned explicitly - only a single location is provided (via database search in the Harold Manter Parasitology Laboratory where P. kartana specimens are stored, but it is possible that P. kartana also occurs at the other listed locality.
