Subspecies Oreixenica orichora orichora (Meyrick, 1885)

  • Type data:
     Syntype(s) BMNH , Mt Kosciusko, 6000 ft, NSW (designated in original description)
    Comment: Meyrick in the original description did not indicate the number of specimens described, but stated that the species was common, he probably had more than one specimen; Meyrick's collection went to the BMNH but after Riley & Gabriel's list was published.
