Genus Opsonyssus Fain, 1959
Introduction
Fain (1959a) showed the authorship of the genus name Opsonyssus as "Fain 1959 : sous presse". The date of publication of this work was May 1959. However, Fain (1959b) showed Opsonyssus zumpti n. g., n. sp., with a date of publication of 30th April 1959 and this is therefore the date of publication of the name Opsonyssus Fain, 1959
