Holotype ANIC(MMUS) 29-38491 ♀, Mt Kembla, Illawarra District, NSW (ex Omalanthus populifolius [Euphorbiaceae] stem and leaf midrib galls.
Paratype(s) ANIC(MMUS) 29-38492 abdominal fragment of the pupal exuviae, same as holotype.
