Lectotype NMV G75 mature specimen (dissected) ('because of its poor condition, Jensz and Smith (1969) recorded this specimen as a syntype rather than a lectotype; however, as no other syntypes are known they are deemed to have actually designated it as the lectotype under Article 74.6 of ICZN (1999)' (Blakemore 2000: 372)), Mt Wellington nr Hobart, S Tasmania [42°55'S 147°15'E].Subsequent designation references:
