Syntype(s) ANIC(MMUS) 3 specimens (Cairns previously given as the type locality, but in revising the species, Will (2015: 334) selected "Black Mt, 17 km ESE Julatten" as the correct type locality), Queensland, Black Mt, 17 km ESE Julattene [16°38'55''S 145°29'29''E].
