Nesopelops Hammer, M. 1973. Oribatids from Tongatapu and Eua, the Tonga Islands, and from Upolu, Western Samoa. Biologiske Skrifter Kongelige Danske Videnskabernes Selskab 20(3): 1-70 pls I-XXIX.

Introduction

The genus Nesopelops is known from Australia only on the basis of unidentified species, as reported by Lee (1986), Hunt et al. (1998), Colloff & Halliday (1998) and Proctor et al. (2002).
