Diagnosis
Carapace ovate and smooth, muscle scar pattern with 8 elongate scars arranged in 3 horizontal or diagonal rows plus posterior inserted wedge; distal antennal claw of male with sigmoid incision, anterodistal seta thin, fused claw smooth; first thoracopod with 4 unfeathered setae of vibratory plate widely spaced; caudal ramus with 7 setae, last two very thin; male copulatory organ of simple hinged 3-part structure with stiff arched copulatory tube.
