   Lectotype AM KL 24941 ♂, Wilson's Inlet, WA (Stirling Ranges, Wilson's Inlet, Waroona, Perth, Cunderdin and Capel River were mentioned in original description)
  Comment: Waterhouse & Lyell in the original description mentioned ten males and six females but did not mention a type.

  Peters, J.V. 1971. A Catalogue of the Type Specimens of the Hesperioidea and Papilionoidea (Lepidoptera) in the Australian Museum. Greenwich, NSW : Australian Entomological Press 36 pp. [30] (restricted the type locality to Wilson's Inlet, WA; this locality is now known as Denmark).
