Ecological Descriptors
'[t]he record from Taiwan was based on about 40 specimens collected from grasses including Imperata cylindrica, but near Darwin this thrips was found living on the leaves of Ipomoea aquatica that was growing in shallow water' (Mound & Tree 2009)
