Holotype YPM 5092 (with fragment of type =SAMA A552 fragment of holotype), 9.2–12.3 m, Willunga Reef, S of Adelaide, SA.
Paratype(s) YPM 7688 (=SAMA A925 fragment of paratype); YPM 7689 (=SAMA A920, A921 and A922 fragments of paratypes).
