   Lectotype BMNH ♂, Queensland. Queensland, Aru Is. and Dorei (listed in original description)
  Comment: Oberthür in the original description indicated that he had three specimens: a male from Queensland, a female from Aru Is. and a male from Dorei; only the first two were in his collection.

  Comment: Lucas in the original description mentioned both sexes and several localities but not a type.
