Type data:
Holotype SAMA C.13539 (The SAMA type list gives this as the holotype of "paucilirata paucilirata", but as the holotype of paucilirata is already given as C.13539, it appears this name is an error, and should read "paucilirata crassilirata"), 56 fathoms off Cape Borda.
