Paratype(s) AM W20211 4 specimens; AM W2012 3 specimens on SEM stub; BMNH ZB 1990. 8-11 4 specimens; HZM P-20209 4 specimens; USNM 4 specimens (All paratypes from same locality as the holotype).

Known only from type locality.
