Holotype NMV B.23706 subadult ♀ (holotype previously ANWC 44978), Vic: Wait-a-while Road, Otway State Forest.
Paratype(s) ANWC 44970 adult ♂, Vic: 4 km NE of Lavers Hill, Otway Range; ANWC 46173 adult ♂, Vic: about 32 km south of Morwell, Strzelecki Range.
