Diagnosis

Head with broad prominent frontal rostrum, rostrum with broad glabrous median impression, impression margined with squamous setae laterally; antennomeres transversely moniliform, antennal clubs indistinct; maxillary palpi with third segments short and triangular, fourth segments elongate, gradually widening to apices. Pronotal disc with 2 longitudinal ridges, lateral antebasal foveae small. Elytra with 3 discal striae. Abdomen with apices of visible tergites 1-3 (IV-VI) acutely angulate.
