In sandy habitats, with sparse plant cover, near edge of "seed shadow", wing polymorphism (microptery, macroptery), in seed litter in association with rhyparochromid species: Botocudo near ornatulus, Euander lacertosus (Erichson, 1842), Plinthisus bassianus Slater & Sweet, 1977.
