Holotype AM W200609 (fragmented, anterior and posterior fragments), One Tree Island, Great Barrier Reef, Qld, 10 [23°30'S, 152°05'E].
Paratype(s) AM W200610-1 (posteriorly incomplete); USNM 99971 (posteriorly incomplete); BMNH ZB 1986.69 (All paratypes from same locality as the holotype).
