Introduction

Laevidelos clermont differs from L. moria by having a larger shell with larger whorls and wider umbilicus.

Ecological Descriptors

Litter-dwelling, under rocks, vine thicket.

 

Diagnosis

Shell small, creamy-yellow, subdiscoidal, with flat to low domed spire; protoconch shiny, with weak radial growth ridges, teleoconch with weak curved radial ribs and very weak spiral striae above, weak discontinuous spiral striae below, umbilicus extremely wide, cup-shaped; diameter 7.0mm.
