Comment: Ritger & Heard (2007) state that there is a male and a female paratype lodged at the USNM. On enquiring about the type numbers for these specimens at the USNM, it has been discovered that these speimens were never lodged at the USNM. It is probable that the USNM in the material examined is just an oversight since they do not mention the USNM as one of the museums where they deposited types in the introduction.
