Diagnosis
Head with prominent temporal angles; lacking frontal fovea; weak antennal clubs formed by antennomeres XI; U-shaped sulcus beneath antennal insertions lacking; maxillary palpi with second segments bearing small lateral spines, third segments acutely prolonged laterally, fourth segments angularly expanded dorsally. Pronotum with median antebasal fovea punctiform. Elytra with prominent medial and lateral longitudinal ridges. Abdomen with visible tergite 2 (V) longest.
