Holotype ANIC immature larva, Hutchinson Creek at Cape Tribulation road, north of Daintree Landing, QLD.
Paratype(s) ANIC 2 immature larvae; UU 6 immature larvae.

Extra Distribution Information
"All but one of the records for this species is from small streams in tropical rain forests in North Queensland. The single record from Jim Jim Falls in the Northern Territory appears incongruous, and requires confirmation" (Bae et al. 2013: 17).
