Diagnosis

`Close to I. xanthocroma Perkins' is the only information provided as original diagnosis. However, the author stresses that in addition to the considerable difference in the aedeagus, `the new species seems to be well distinguished [...] for the fact that in I. xanthocroma Perkins the third tergite and sternite are always black, whereas in the new species they are apically bordered with yellow. Moreover, the clypeus of the female of I. yahwulpa is apically bordered with black. Finally, always in I. yahwulpa, only the upper part of the mesoepisternum has a yellow spot, while in I. xanthocroma most of the mesoepistemum is yellow.
