Holotype QM S96020 ♂, Lamb Range, 19 km S of Mareeba, Qld [17°06'39"S, 145°34'04"E ±500 m].
Paratype(s) QM S96021 7 ♂, 10 ♀, 1 stadium 6 ♀, as for holotype.

Extra Distribution Information
An ANIC specimen was recorded from Cammoo Caves near Rockhampton (Brigalow Belt North). However this is probably an error and hence the distribution has not been included on the map. See Mesibov (2013: 42-43).
