Holotype QM S96045 ♂ (1550 m a.s.l., 25-31 October 1981, Queensland Museum and Earthwatch personnel), Bellenden Ker Range, Qld, summit TV station [17°15'50"S, 145°51'14"E ±100m].
Paratype(s) QM S96046, S96047, S96048 2 ♂, 1 stadium 6 ♀ (details as for holotype except for date of collection).
