Introduction
Iulomorphidae is a Gondwanan family comprising about 10 genera, most of which are Australasian. The Australian species Thaumaceratopus elongatus has the highest number of body segments (94, including the telson) of any known spirostreptidan (Enghoff et al. 1993: 190).
