Family IOLINIDAE Pritchard, 1956
Introduction
The family Iolinidae includes about 125 species in 36 genera (Walter et al 2009). Most are free-living in soil but a few species have been found on plants or in beehives. The family appears to include plant feeders, predators and omnivores. This family is known from Australia only on the basis of unidentified specimens reported by Majer et al. (2013).
