Holotype QM G8376 (two type localities given by Jamieson (2000)), Eudlo Creek, Queensland [26°42'S 153°00'E].
Paratype(s) BMNH 1976.1.3-4 2 specimens, near Forest Glen, Queensland [27°08'S 152°57'E]; QM G8377-8381 5 specimens, near Forest Glen, Queensland [27°08'S 152°57'E].
