Gainesville, Florida : Sandhill Crane Press pp. i-xviii 455. [221] (when subsequently designating a type species, Mockford used the name Heterocaecilius minutus but this appears to be a misspelling of Heterocaecilius minotus, the spelling used several times in Lee & Thornton, 1967 for a species from the Caroline and Marshall islands).
