Comment: McIntosh (1885)- The 'Challenger' collection was in the Gatty Laboratory, St. Andrews but was later moved to the British Museum of Natural History and some specimens were lost.
Distribution

Remarks
The type material of this species is considered indeterminable by Pettibone (1976), thus the species and the genus (as this is the genotype) are questionable.
