Genus Halotydeus Berlese, 1891
Introduction
In addition to the named species listed here, unidentified species of Halotydeus have been reported from Australia by Longstaff et al. (1999). Some early records of Halotydeus may be misidentifications, since the complexity of the genus was not understood until recently.
