Occurence: Eocene to Recent.
Diagnosis
Strong, slender, curved redulifer crura attached to small outer hinge plates by their posterodorsal face or to thick socket ridges; crura radulifer, distally pointed and horizontally flattened. From Moore (1965: H623).
