Family HALONOPROCTIDAE Pocock, 1901
- HALONOPROCTIDAE Pocock, R.I. 1901. On some new trap-door spiders from China. Proceedings of the Zoological Society of London 1: 207–215.
Introduction
The family was reinstated by Godwin et al. (2018) based on molecular data, with Conothele being the only Australian representative genus. In the same paper, the family Ctenizidae was retained, however, it no longer applies to the Australian fauna.
