Holotype SAM E3688, SIO-BIC A1050 anterior part preserved in formalin; posterior part in 95% ethanol, Gulf St. Vincent, Yorke Peninsula, Edithburgh jetty, SA, 3-5 m [35°05.172′S, 137°44.825'E].
Paratype(s) SIO-BIC A1079 1 specimen; SIO-BIC A1045 1 specimen; SIO-BIC A1049 1 specimen; SIO-BIC A1053 1 specimen, anterior part preserved in formalin; SIO-BIC A1054 posterior part, preserved in 95% ethanol; SIO-BIC A1055 1 specimen, anterior part, preserved in formalin; SIO-BIC A1056 posterior part, preserved in 95% ethanol; SIO-BIC A1057 1 specimen, anterior part, preserved in formalin; SIO-BIC A1058 posterior part, preserved in 95% ethanol (All paratypes from same locality as the holotype).
