An account of collections made in 1929 and 1932. Memoirs of the Museum of Comparative Zoology, Harvard University 55: 1–596 figs 1–64 pls 1–28 [88] used to distinguish G. bicolor from G. acanthodes, museum material being virtually indistinguishable; the species are considered conspecific herein following the implication of Marsh, L.M. & Marshall, J.I. 1983.
