Holotype SAMA D16524, JA-92, Wilkawillina Gorge, about 19 km NE of Oraparinna, central Flinders Ranges, SA [31°16'21''S, 138°52'55''E].
Paratype(s) FMNH 209023-4; SAMA D16525-6 several specimens; AM C170242 17 specimens.
