Remarks

According to Böggemann, M. 2002. Revision of the Glyceridae Grube 1850 (Annelida: Polychaeta). Abhandlungen der Senckenbergischen Naturforschenden Gesellschaft 555: 1–249 [p.86] an exact classification of Glycera lancadivae is impossible because the description and drawings are inadequate and the type material cannot be located. However, he suggests that it might be Glycera tesselata or Glycera brevicirris.

Abhandlungen der Senckenbergischen Naturforschenden Gesellschaft 555: 1-249 [86] (an exact classification is impossible because the description & drawings lack detail and type material is lost. Böggemann believes the species may well be G.brevicirris or G.tesselata.)
