Introduction
Recorded from Papua New Guinea by Fricke et al. (2014) however this is based on a misidentification of Galeus corriganae White, Mana & Naylor, 2016. See White & Ko'ou (2018).

Patchy records between Cape Cuvier and Port Hedland, WA and North West Shelf to N of Melville Island, NT (9°49´S, 130°15´E) and Cape York, north QLD; tropical.
