• Fissidentalium horikoshii Okutani, T. 1982. A remarkable tusk shell, Fissidentalium horikoshii n. sp. trawled from the deepsea shelf off Sanriku, Pacific coast of northeast Honshu, Japan. Venus 41(1): 1-4 [figs 1-5].

  Type data:

   Holotype NSMT MO 59950, Soyo-Maru Stn R3, approximately E off Kinkazan [Honshu, Japan] , 2930–3020 m [38°21.7'N 143°25.6'E].
