Diagnosis

Eukoenenia guzikae differs from all other species of the genus by the combination of the presence of six blades in the proso-mal lateral organs, nine pairs of setae on the propeltidium, the presence of a spur on coxa IV, the chaetotaxy of sternites IV–VIII (IV–V each with 3 + 3 thickened setae in middle of opisthosoma (a1, a2, a3), inner ones shorter than others, plus one slender normal seta (s1) present on each side of sternite IV and two on sternite V; sternite VI with 4 + 3 thickened setae, with a supernumerary seta (a4) in right group, and two slender normal setae; sternite VII with 1 + 1 long, normal seta (a), and two slender normal setae; sternite VIII with 2 + 1+ 2 setae, and two slender normal setae), and the shape of the male genital lobes, the first lobe short and broad, distal margin nearly straight, without medial clear complete indentation, the second lobe with a large, single and pointed apical section and the third lobe of similar shape, short, poorly developed, mostly covered by second lobe.
