Kent, adult emerged 11.i.2000), south of Nabiac, NSW [152°23E, 32°07S]; ANIC 2♀, 2 pupal skins, 2 larvae (gall collected 1.xii.1999 by Angus J. Carnegie & Deborah S. Kent, adult emerged 11.i.2000), south of Nabiac, NSW [152°23E, 37°07'S].Type host:
