Continental shelf, intertidal, marine, sand, shallow subtidal, subtidal.

Extra Ecological Information

To 225 m. lives across the full width of the continental shelf . late January-early October, live in deep water (70 m); October-January, intertidal, buried in sand. In shallow water to deposit eggs.
