Diagnosis
Trunk elongate, lateral processes short; most species with "collar" between neck and proboscis; chelifores and palps lacking; ovigers 7-segmented, without strigilis, special spines, with terminal claw; legs long, slender, tarsus short, propodus long, with strong auxiliary claws. Cement gland outlets one or two rows of tiny dorsal pores.
