Holotype AM C. 102245 dry, on large brown algae on exposed coast, South Point, south of Two Peoples Bay, near Albany, Western Australia, 3 Feb. 1972, coll. W. F. Ponder [34°58'1.2"S,118°10'58.8"E].
Paratype(s) AM C. 102246 (13 specimens).
