Holotype AM P77595 ♂ 2.1 mm (swash/subtidal, protected beach with patch reefs offshore, coarse coral sand with pieces of coral), Mermaid Cove, Lizard Island, QLD, 0.5–1.0 m [14°38.90'S 145°27.26’E].
Paratype(s) AM P77596 ♀ 2.7 mm; AM P77597 4 ♀ (Paratypes from same locality as holotype).
