     Holotype QVM 14:3255 mature specimen (dissected), South Springfield, Forestry site TSF 078, NE Tasmania [EQ 388 287].
    Paratype(s) QVM 14:3256 mature specimen (dissected); TMH K405 2 mature specimens, P3 a posterior amputee and one subadult (P4, dissected), east side of Mt Arthur, NE Tasmania; QVM 14:156 mature specimen, Mt Victoria, north-east [EQ 662 225].
