Introduction
Previoulsy treated as an eastern population of D. bilineata (e.g. Cogger, 2014), but shown to be distinct from the western population by Edwards & Melville (2010), and removed from synonymy with D. bilineata by Melville et al. (2019) who provide a detailed synopsis of the species.
