Ecological Descriptors
Adult: volant.
Diagnosis
Hind tarsi slender, spines on dorsomedian portion of front tibia arranged 2: 3, set close together and pile on thorax yellow. Wings 4.0 mm, hyaline with posterior veins concolorous with membrane, brownish yellow; legs entirely black or dark coloured.
