Ecological Descriptors
Adult: volant.
Diagnosis
Rostrum short, hind tarsi of males slightly swollen and wings hyaline with venation complete. Differs from all known species by the arrangement of the spines on front tibiae; these large, blunt and conspicuous; dorsomedian set arranged 2: 1, 2 at basal third of segment and one at middle.
