Introduction
Formerly referred to as Deroceras panormitanum (Lessona & Pollonera, 1882), the introduced and established Australian populations are now recognised as the invasive species Deroceras invadens Reise, Hutchinson, Schunack & Schlitt, 2011, with true D. panormitanum known from Malta and Sicily (Reise et al. 2011).
